Coming this Halloween is a film that might interest the horror aficionados. This is purely indie-horror awesome, Jody S. Dean gives us a film with enough blood, gore and death to delight our sick and twisted minds. Thus far the film hasn’t even been released yet and good and bad publicity is already surrounding it as début film-maker, Jody S. Dean brings to live the story of a girl who is raped and murdered and then comes back from the dead to take her revenge on unsuspecting victims, in this intense slasher flick.
“Bad publicity will only push this film harder.” Dean says after taking a flack on www.badassdigest.com. ”I see the negative as a positive when it comes to Don’t Go On The Trail. It’s free promotion!”
No word yet as to why this film is already judged so harshly, but I’m sure the reviews will start pouring in soon enough. For now though, you can take a look at the trailer and judge for yourself whether or not it’s really fair to judge a film that had a budget of merely $10,000 with merely a released trailer and synopsis. I say, screw ‘em!
