Ster-Kinekor Theatres is once again set to provide ladies with a much needed mid-week break with Girlfriends’ Getaway! The next movie that can be seen before its official release to the public is Step Up 4: Revolution in 3D (at select cinemas) on the 15th of August 2012.
Step Up 4: Revolution, which is the next installment in the worldwide smash ‘Step Up’ franchise, is the movie to be seen if you’re into dance and love stories! This time, the story takes place in the beautiful city of Miami where Emily (Kathryn McCormick) – the daughter of a wealthy business man – arrives in Miami with aspirations of becoming a professional dancer. While on her journey to reach her goals, she falls in love with Sean (Ryan Guzman), a young man who leads a dance crew who engage in over the top, cutting edge flash mobs. This crew aspires to win a contest for a major sponsorship opportunity but it’s not long until their plans are thwarted by Emily’s father’s plans to develop the crew’s neighbourhood while displacing thousands of people. Does he succeed? Or does the crew find an innovative way to stop him in his tracks? Book your seat for 15 August to find out.
