Yesterday the UK finally got the phenomenal slasher comedy, Some Guy Who Kills People on Blu-Ray and DVD and I thought that I’d do a little something different to commemorate the release. Seeing as I had already reviewed the film once when it released in South Africa (you can read the review here) and had a great interview with the writer of this exceptional film, Ryan A. Levin (you can read the interview here), I thought we might do something a little different. Instead of reading about how wonderful the film is (which it is, mind you), how about I do a little feature that has a few clips to tantalise your eyes with and perhaps a gallery to tease you with, hmmm? I thought that actions would speak louder than words this time around, so for your viewing pleasure, please enjoy the little ensemble I have put together.
Synopsis: “Ken Boyd is a victim of bullies. When he was in high school, he was bullied to such an extent that he had to be committed for being suicidal and depressed later on in life. He lost his spunky attitude and became a shadow of his former self, but that’s all in the past now. Now Ken is trying to get his life back together and it all starts off with getting a job in a ice-cream parlour. His best friend tries to help him out of the hole he was in, but all of those people who made his life miserable are slowly ending up dead. To make matters worse, Ken’s estranged daughter also shows up and slowly, but surely she’s making a difference.”
Some Guy Who Kills People has taken the world by storm and it’s become a hit almost overnight. So before we go on, it’ll be wise to check out the trailer first to see why it’s something you want to watch:
Okay, so you get the idea, it looks cool doesn’t it? Well the trailer doesn’t do the film justice. It’s so much more than that. There are so many twists and the funnies just keeps rolling in, keeping the viewer glued to their seats. The second time I watched Some Guy Who Kills People, I loved it even more and it’s still reigning as one of the best films I have reviewed of recent years on the site. Once you watch it, you’ll become just as obsessed, believe me.

With great actors, a well-thought out plot and some great elements included into the film, this is one of those films that will truly appeal to anyone and should therefore be watched, bought and enjoyed.
